Workforce development is the flavor of the month

Businesses in our community are already gearing up for their summer staffing surge, which means lots of first-time employees are about to hit the island workforce. 

The Bainbridge Chamber Workforce Development Team has been hard at work developing a training program to help high school students hit the ground running when school wraps. 

Come share your insights and personal experience as a once-inexperienced first time employee. Help us cultivate a meaningful connection between students and our local business community.

 Attendance is currently capped at 20 people to allow for a productive discussion. Admission is included in your membership but limited to 1 person per business for these small gatherings.

Expect to run into Chamber regulars including City Council members, small business owners, nonprofit leaders, and regional tourism champions.
