Kelly Muldrow is a Managing Broker in Windermere Real Estate’s commercial practice group. Since 2004, Mr. Muldrow has been involved in real estate sales, investment analysis, development, and leasing. Mr. Muldrow represents a broad array of clients, including developers, business owners, investors, and 1031 clients. He is licensed in Washington State and has been awarded the prestigious CCIM designation by the CCIM Institute.

Mr. Muldrow is the Chair-Elect of the Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Commercial Broker’s Association, the Washington State Chapter of the CCIM Institute, and the Bainbridge Island chapter of Rotary International.
